Moon Enterprise LLC (“Moon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a private members community curating elevated, invitation-only gatherings and select concierge services for intentional Muslim professionals.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, remitting payment, or attending a Moon event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

Moon is a private members club for adults. By using our Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You are legally single and eligible to enter into marriage under applicable law.
All information you provide is truthful and accurate.
You are not using Moon for commercial, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Application Fee

Moon charges a one-time, non-refundable application fee.

The application fee:

Covers the internal review and vetting of your profile.
Places you in consideration for curated gatherings and/or private matchmaking pools.
Does not guarantee acceptance, invitation, event access, or introduction.

Moon conducts its internal profile review within five (5) business days of submission. This review is an internal process and does not generate a separate confirmation, acceptance notice, or follow-up communication upon completion.

The application fee is deemed earned upon initiation of the review process and is non-refundable under all circumstances once review has begun, regardless of invitation outcome or timeline.

Charge disputes initiated after the review window has elapsed may result in permanent removal from Moon’s Services.

3. Event Invitations

Moon hosts curated, invitation-only gatherings.

Please note:

Submitting an application does not guarantee event attendance.
Invitations are extended at Moon’s discretion.
Guest lists are curated based on compatibility, values, timing, location, and group composition.
Some events may require an additional event fee, payable upon RSVP.
Event fees are separate from the application fee.

Moon may require a credit card hold to secure attendance.

Moon reserves the right to revoke invitations at its discretion.

4. Private Matchmaking Services

Private matchmaking is a separate concierge service offered to select clients.

Unless you have explicitly enrolled in a paid private matchmaking program:

You should not expect one-on-one introductions.
Being in Moon’s database does not guarantee private matches.
Introductions may occur only if there is direct alignment with a private client’s criteria.

Moon makes no guarantees of romantic outcomes, engagement, or marriage.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Moon facilitates curated social opportunities.

We do not guarantee:

Romantic compatibility
Relationship success
Engagement, marriage, or partnership
Frequency of invitations
Timeline for invitations

Participation in Moon events is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Code of Conduct

By attending a Moon event, you agree to:

Behave respectfully toward all attendees and hosts.
Refrain from harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.
Not record, photograph, or share private attendee information without consent.
Not use Moon events to conduct background investigations or spread gossip.

Moon reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund for conduct that violates our standards.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Moon values discretion.

We do not:

Publicly circulate private personal information.
Conduct informal background investigations.
Share attendee data without consent.

However, Moon cannot control the actions of third parties outside our events or digital platforms.

8. Event Participation & Assumption of Risk

By attending a Moon event, you acknowledge:

You voluntarily participate in social gatherings.
You are responsible for your own personal safety and judgment.
Moon is not liable for interactions between attendees before, during, or after events.
Moon is not responsible for conduct that occurs outside official event programming.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moon disclaims liability for any damages arising from participation in events.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Application fees are non-refundable.

Event fees:

May be refundable only if cancellation occurs within the timeframe stated in the event invitation.
No-shows may forfeit event fees.
Moon may require a credit card hold to secure attendance.

Moon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Moon website, including branding, logos, text, design, and event materials, is the intellectual property of Moon Enterprise LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Moon Enterprise LLC and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Emotional distress or reputational harm
Loss of opportunity
Third-party conduct
Relationship outcomes

Your use of Moon’s Services is at your sole risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moon Enterprise LLC from any claims arising from:

Your conduct at events
Misrepresentation of personal information
Violation of these Terms
Disputes between participants

13. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver

A. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

Application fees
Event fees
Invitations
Participation in events
Privacy concerns
Emotional distress claims
Alleged failure to receive services

shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a comparable provider, in Los Angeles County, California.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine enforceability and scope of this arbitration agreement.

B. Class Action Waiver

You and Moon agree that all disputes shall be brought in an individual capacity only.

You waive any right to:

Participate in a class action lawsuit
Participate in a class-wide arbitration
Act as a representative plaintiff
Consolidate claims with others

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration provision shall be null and void.

C. Jury Trial Waiver

By agreeing to arbitration, you knowingly waive the right to trial by jury.

D. Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms to:

Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.

14. Termination

Moon reserves the right to:

Remove participants at its discretion.
Refuse future service.
Terminate access without refund where policy is violated.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

16. Modifications

Moon may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
